Eden Leisure Group is seeking to recruit a full-time Administrative Assistant to support with
administration duties in the Executive Offices.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Handling general office duties including secretarial and other support duties;
- Handling of incoming and outgoing mail;
- Maintaining manual and electronic records;
- Keeping various registers up to date;
- Contacting suppliers for quotations;
- Preparing purchase orders;
- Following up on correspondence;
- Other ad-hoc duties as may be required by management from time to time.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role would be considered an asset
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Be able to work in a team, as well as individually without supervision
- Be proactive and take initiative, work well under pressure and demonstrate attention to detail
- Is dependable and discreet
- Is proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
