Eden Leisure Group’s vibrant team came together recently for its much-anticipated Summer Staff Party, an evening that celebrated the company’s dynamic culture, environmental values and the incredible people behind the scenes.
The celebration began with a laid-back poolside gathering at the Narcis Pool Deck at InterContinental Malta, where colleagues relaxed, mingled and soaked in the summer vibes. As the night progressed, the party continued at Amber at The Eden, where things turned up a notch with karaoke, dancing and plenty of laughter echoing through the venue.
This year’s event went beyond just music and merriment. Staff members also embraced the opportunity to give back, donating generously in aid of BirdLife Malta. The amount raised was €330 which was donated to support BirdLife’s essential work in protecting Malta’s bird species and natural habitats, a cause close to Eden’s heart and aligned with the Group’s sustainability mission.
Another highlight of the evening was the announcement of the Employee of the Quarter winners for the first half of 2025. These individuals were recognised for their outstanding performance and dedication, each receiving a €200 prize in appreciation of their contributions:
