The Emerging Leaders Programme was created to identify and develop high-potential employees, equipping them with the skills, mindset, and confidence needed to take on future leadership opportunities within the organisation. The latest intake brings together a diverse group of team members from across the business, each selected for their potential to make a meaningful impact on ELG’s future.
Delivered in collaboration with Mdina Partners, the programme follows a structured development pathway focused on three key areas: Managing Myself, Leading Others, and Creating Organisational Impact.
Throughout the two-year journey, participants will engage in a series of learning sessions, practical workshops, collaborative discussions, and real-world leadership challenges. Designed to bridge theory and practice, the programme empowers participants to strengthen self-awareness, improve decision-making, enhance communication skills, and develop the confidence required to lead effectively in today’s dynamic workplace.
