As part of our enviornment strategy, we are issuing a call for tenders to replace doors at the
InterContinental Hotel. The renovation job requires removing existing apertures and installing new ones
with the minimum characteristics described below. Due to management purposes, the pricing must be
divided into materials/parts and labour separately. The labour figure shall be a combined figure for
manufacturing, removal and installation.

Notes
Due to logistics concerns, the outer door frame must be assembled on-site rather than delivered as a whole.
