Carinzia has been with the company for the last 4 years as Cinema General Manager. Carinzia’s mission is to oversee the day to day running of the theatres, to ensure customer satisfaction , to create the best possible cinema experience, and focus on the continuous improvement we aim to deliver to our patrons. Having previous experience in Management in the retail sector, Carinzia is now focusing on dedicating herself to the leisure sector, whilst also studying to achieve a Diploma in Management and Leadership.
