In 2016, Cynergi Health and Fitness Club achieved a Gold award from Customer Service Assured (Malta). The Cynergi team were presented with the award last week. This year, following a ½ million refurbishment, they are aspiring to make it one better and achieve a Platinum rating for their service experience. 

Jim Harvey, Cynergi’s general manager, expressed the team’s commitment to offering an excellent customer service: “Being honoured with this award builds upon our commitment to offering the best service to our customers. From a friendly receptionist, to dedicated and certified fitness instructors, we’ve got a team devoted to our members. 2017 at Cynergi has brought with it a greater commitment to offering a superior experience and we’re looking forward to another successful year ahead.”

Cynergi has also recently undergone a complete refurbishment with an investment of over €500,000 spent on all new equipment and facilities.
