After the success of Cynergi’s February Open Day, Cynergi Health and Fitness Club will once again open its doors to the public, on 20th April from 6am-10pm, inviting everyone to try out the club for free. Throughout the day, all entrants, be they guests or members, will have access to the following:
• The latest cutting edge fitness equipment from Life Fitness & HammerStrength
• Free spa facilities + discounts on treatments
• Free classes throughout the day (first come first served basis)
• Fitness challenges & competitions
• Seminars
• Guidance and programming from professional fitness experts
Besides a range of open classes throughout the day, the schedule will be as follows:
10am-2pm: 50% discounts on all treatments at Elite Coiffeur
10am-7pm: 25% discount on all treatments at Carisma Spa
17.45 -18.00: Nutrition seminar by Naomi Said
18.00 – 18.15: Urban Jungle Seminar (more info out soon)
18.00-20.00: Carisma Spa massage station offering free 10 minute massages & giveaways
18.00-20.00: Free fruit cups from PASH
18.00-20.00: Free fresh juices from Eatwell
