The Malta Open 2022 Championship is back for its 31st Edition at the Eden SuperBowl this week from the 8th to 12th of June. 70 tenpin bowlers will be battling it out over 5 days for a prize fund of €30,000!
The prize fund includes a staggered cash prize fund, entry vouchers for Malta Open 2023 and Casino Malta vouchers
The championship is open to all amateur and professional bowlers who are current members of a National Association or Federation of their respective countries. The Eden SuperBowl is once again welcoming participants from all over the world for this year’s championship, including over 12 countries.
The countries represented are Czech Republic, England, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Slovenia, Israel, Switzerland, France, Norway, Slovakia and of course Malta.
The tournament format kicks off with a twelve-game qualifying round, where 36 bowlers will move on to the next final stages. The next 4 final stages on Sunday afternoon will determine who will be the 2 bowlers to go head-to-head in the Grand Final. One bowler will come out the other end as the Malta Open 2022 Champion with a trophy in hand.
