‘Keeping Malta Moving’ Campaign Launched To Advocate For A Healthier Lifestlye

Eden Leisure Group have launched a brand new campaign together with Cynergi Health and Fitness Club: Keeping Malta Moving.

The campaign sets out to raise awareness and promote wellbeing throughout all of July.
Content will be posted regularly to Cynergi’s Instagram and Facebook platforms promoting
ways to stay active and achieve a healthier lifestyle.

The content and initiatives will span out over 4 weeks with each week focusing on different
topics. The first week will be an introductory one while week two will talk about preventing
obesity, week three about active aging and the final and fourth week about the mental
barriers to working out.

Among the content posted there are planned quick Q&A educational videos with
professionals in their respective industries, including fitness psychologists, nutritionists and
personal trainers. The content will also cross over to the airwaves with on-air interviews
being scheduled for 89.7 Bay.

The videos will also focus on some of Cynergi’s members to look at personal experiences
with the subjects being discussed. Besides the content uploaded, free group fitness classes
are also being organised by Cynergi every Thursday.

Every Thursday at 7am the public is invited for free classes led by the club’s fitness
professionals, taking place directly on the beach at St. George’s Bay. This is being done to
make the first step towards an active lifestyle accessible for those looking to start.
