On Saturday 24th October, Eden SuperBowl transformed itself into a Pink alley, as part of the National campaign in aid of Pink October Malta. ‘Bowl for Pink’ invited friends and families for a night out of laughter, smiles and bowling; all for a brilliant cause. Proceeds from the night through a raffle and admission tickets raised €350, which will be donated to Pink October Malta. All donations are administered by the Marigold Foundation, and will go towards raising awareness and expenses for medical equipment for breast biopsies.
The night was set to Alessia De Martino’s music, which enhanced the ‘girls night out’ atmosphere. Attard and Co. supplied a complimentary welcome glass of Rose Cavit Lunetta Prosecco to each bowler. Each player also received a small goodie bag containing a Costa Coffee cookie, a Carisma Spa voucher and a Nestle Fitness Bar. Max Factor Malta was also present throughout the night, offering free makeovers to all. Women who received a makeover or touch up were kindly given another goodie bag, containing Max Factor products.
Marketing Director, Kate de Cesare stated “We are so pleased to contribute to an issue as important as breast cancer treatment. The event was not only fun and enjoyable for all who attended, but helped raise awareness and funds for a needed cause.”
